Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2082, a D-16SB (4-4-0) "American" built in Juniata as a D-16B during 1904, rebuilt as a D-16SB in March of 1916, and sold to the Kishacoquillas Valley Railroad (KVR) in August of 1936. In this context, it appears to be involved in the PRR's New York to Washington electrification project. Harold K. Vollrath Collection.
