Description:  This GP38 Appears to be an EX-UP locomotive but I can't verify it because the Serial Number search seems to show a different LLPX 2243. This Locomotive seems to be also missing the red stripe between the UP Armor Yellow and the Harbor Mist Grey.

Description:  UP 750 runs the local south from Springfield, seen here waiting at NS CP Hazel Dell for an approaching NS lite power run from the west to arrive and then Amtrak which is approaching from the south. Once the Amtrak clears, UP750 will get his green and be on his way.
