Description:  An interesting lashup on the Greenville District. SD60 6691 leads SD70 2540, Dash9 9872 and MP15DC 2368 lead a freight over Hartwell Lake near Toccoa, GA. You can really see how low the lake is in this shot, directly under the rear truck of the lead unit you can see a navigational buoy sticking 15 feet above what would be the bottom of the lake, but is now just dry land.

Description:  This 874 came in while I was at work, and the crew took the power back to Pavonia Yard in Camden, NJ. The consist had NS 8466 as well as 2574 and 6691. This lashup was put on a W9G, and took it across the Delair Bridge. They cut off 8466 somewhere, and 6691 and 2574 were brought down by local WPCA-11. Just the two standard cabs will take the empties west.

Description:  CN through freight crosses the Rat River via former SOO bridge, as seen from the former C&NW bridge on the Wiouwash State Trail, as it heads northwest at Medina Junction, WI on 14 May '14. Train had nine locomotives, CN 2845, CN 2839, CN 2262, CN 8865, IC 2462, CN 2644, CN 8925, NS 6691 (partially visible on left), and NS 8761 (out of frame to left). The bridge is difficult to see from this angle, but it is under the 4th and 5th locomotives.
