Description:  Amtrak train 80, the Carolinian, runs through Ashland VA on a Thursday afternoon. It won't stop and it gets a friendly wave from the street guard present. From what I could see the gentlemen is present downtown when local school buses are running in order to give them another level of safety while crossing these busy tracks.
