In order to maintain bandwidth requirements and keep this a free site, we will need to start limiting the number of new accounts allowed to be created each month. We will be selective in approving users who can contribute material from parts of the country that currently don't have much coverage on this site and anyone who can contribute older photographs from the 1990s or before.
