Title:  Lehigh Valley Unit Where Art Thou?
Description:  I came to Northtown on St. Patrick's Day 2015 in search of Norfolk Southern's Lehigh Valley heritage unit, which was reported as being on a Northtown bound train. Either it was hidden away near the diesel shop or had already departed by the time I took this still impressive pic. Note the unit smoking things up in the left foreground.

The Illusion Of An Approaching Train
Title:  The Illusion Of An Approaching Train
Description:  The PGR 36 waits on the west side of the 35W bridge on a gorgeous early afternoon in late April. It was sitting unmanned due to the PGR's "push/pull" operations on the line utilizing units at each end of their trains. At this moment the crew was using PGR 34 to switch their freight house, leaving the 36 to create the illusion of an oncoming train down at the bridge. I still kept my distance regardless. Better safe than sorry, folks.

Title:  Switching In Suburbia
Description:  Office parks border the spur track in PGR's freight house, resulting in views like this when crews switch it. On this gorgeous late April afternoon, the PGR crew goes about its duties while workers at their cubicles go about their workdays in a more ho hum manner. (It's "Office Space" meets "Brewster's Millions" out here.)
