Description:  WIR 20 is 3rd engine pulling a local manifest near Rosalia WA heading for the McCoy grain terminal. WIR 20 is the former PCC 4204; they painted out the 4s, and painted the white strip over "Palouse River and Coulee City"; some pics have the old PCC logo on the loco front.
