Description:  The remains of what was originally the Leavenworth, Kansas, and Western Depot still stand at Leonardville, the elevator owners acquired the building and redid the sides with concrete blocks.

Description:  A rather rare (for me) pair of SD70ACe variants are the power on the only westbound train sitting in Marysville on this evening. 5 eastbounds can be seen and there's at least one more waiting to come into town.

Title:  UP Crossing Signal
Description:  The crossing signals at Water Treatment Plant Road stand guard waiting to come to life for one of the ever so infrequent trains on the KP. Minutes earlier it was still bright and sunny, not a train to be seen. The next train wont roll through until dark, where no less than 4 trains came through town. Typical KP, and exactly why I hardly give it a second glance despite living 3 miles away.
