Album Info:Norfolk Southern SD 45-2's # 1700 and # 1701 were parked at Browns Yard, Old Bridge, New Jersey. (Middlesex County).Permission given to take pictures on railroad property. These units are of Erie Lackawanna heritage then to Conrail and NS. Five units (SD 45-2) numbers 1700, 1701, 1702, 1703, 1704, 1705. They are assigned to the train OI 16,(Oak Island Yard) Newark, NJ. this train is daily at Browns Yard. Normally any of the five SD 45-2's are assigned as power on this train. To Honor Fred Stuckman a former EL/CR employee, a good friend and colleague on rrpa.
