Album Info:Spent all day on the BNSF Seattle Sub around Ostrander and Rocky Point, WA. Probably the last time my point & shoot digital will be used for railfanning, I had too many things go wrong.

Description:  Amtrak also uses the Ostrander crossover to reach the Kelso, WA depot. By crossing over, the dispatcher does not have to issue protection for the open main track at the depot. Smart move.

Description:  One of UP's GP38-2s leads the local with a B40-8, another GP38-2 and a GP40-2. This is one of the shots that the camera, due to all it's rediculous lag times after I hat various buttons, that have irritated me to the point of discontinuing it's use in high-speed railfanning situations. Thank goodness for the video camera!!!!

Description:  This one pretty much sealed the deal on not using my point and shoot anymore. The fact it didn't stop the action on the 2002, just irritates me to no end. I'm better than this. That second unit, the 3978, has to be a one-on-a-kind SD70M too, look how it's painted. Way to close to the D&H lightning stripe!
