| Album Info: | I procrastinated long enough hanging out with Mark St. Aubin, Ian Murray, Darryl Yates and Jeff Steen to catch this setting sun shot of this empty BNSF coal. (The rest of guys went to chase a ex-Conrail Dash 9 that passed earlier.. An NS wide cab? Really? I guess it's lost with me being from Conrail territory! LOL)
A nice golden hour shot of a BNSF EMD, the Beaumont Vertical Lift Bridge as a backdrop as well as great memories of new friends and a nice location.
Despite a great day, the camera batteries gave up after this shot (and spares in the 'Burb on the other side of the train) and I missed the last DPU, which was BNSF 9131, the former LNG Test Bed unit.
That was my cue. After this, it was time to leave and nurse an ailing transfer case in the Suburban home.
