Title:  Ex-C&O 1309 on its first full weekend of operations
Description:  2.27.2022. I participated in an invitation only railfan weekend limited to 100 photographers at Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. It was the first time the ex-C&O 1309 ran the entire 9+ miles of the Western Maryland Scenic's route. I took this photo at Woodcock Hollow. It was one of many photo runbys performed during the 2 days of operations.
