Album Info:NS Detoured this train via it's Southern Tier Route east of Binghamton. Was run with NYSW crew to Port Jervis, then NS crew on to Suffern and Croxton. Notice from that day from NS website: Landslide conditions have deteriorated at Emsworth, PA. Note to customers with committed service agreements: Norfolk Southern is invoking Force Majeure effective 1 p.m., September 21, 2006, on all traffic moving through this area. Customers should expect significant delays
