Operation Lifesaver display
Title:  Operation Lifesaver display
Description:  Fort Eustis Rail crew joined the efforts of Operation Lifesaver to help promote rail crossing safety on the military reservation shortly after Memorial Day. One of the many messages was sent in the form of a display set up outside the Post Exchange. A crossing blitz was preformed, passing out literature to motorists. A booth was also set up inside the PX mini-mall to help spread the message. This was a joint effort by the Army Rail Safety Office and the Northrop-Grumman Transportation Office, of which both groups are members of the Operation Lifesaver program. The car was borrowed from a local auto body shop.
