Title:  53 Year Old BN 6009 Grain Elevator Switcher
Description:  Here's a shot of the entire unit that was built for the GN in 1952 and is still BN 6009. I saw it from the interstate the night before and thought it was a GP, imagine how excited I was to find a 6 Axle unit! Description:  Were under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch and a Severe Thunderstorm Warning right now as a storm rips through Poplar Bluff. The train came in at 12:55 A.M. this morning, 7 minutes early with a rare 2 unit consist! He we see those Genesis units and Superliners getting an unscheduled washing stop.

Today they cut the ex-SP out of the switcher consist and sent it south. Description:  Dad and I chased it to Dexter for the GEVO, I hadn't even realized that the lead unit was an SD70ACe. When it came around the curve I thought it was a SD70M with the new cab until I looked at the number boards above the cab roof. This was also my first consist with Tier 2 units from both builders.
