Album Info:Totally surprised when I saw the SD70's coming south from Selkirk. Did not expect this today. Taken at 7:30 AM at the Marlboro Marina. Not the greatest spot, but who knew these would show up!! To those unfamiliar with these, NYSW has maintained ownership of these units since they bought them. They were leased out for many years, but now NYSW is in a severe power shortage and has requisitioned them back. They will be put back into service as soon as they pass their "physicals" in Binghamton during December and January. **UPDATE** In 2015 these 3 SD70's were sold to NS, rebuilt, and are now proudly serving NS in Black & White paint!
