Album Info:In the town named after the Baltimore & Ohio President, John Garrett, is a beautifully restored and maintained B&O freight depot similar to many built in the early 1900's, now housing the Garrett Historical Society and the Greater Midcontinent RR Company HO layout in the basement. Alongside are two B&O cars, BO caboose 3250 and tentatively identified BO Coach 1234, although no exterior markings are present. A raised watchman tower stands on the grounds with a perpetual watchman on duty in silhouette form. Unfortunately, the museum was closed the day we were there so not sure what might be inside.
