Description:  Once this locomotive spent time hauling passengers for CN, later it did the same for VIA Rail Canada, now when ever its not hauling Amtrak special trains, it spends most of its time in storage on the W&I, occasionally seeing freight service.

Description:  WIR #20 and #316 sit tucked away on a siding in Palouse. The #20 is down with electrical problems, and the 316 has mechinacal issues. With the two new dash 8s the W&I can now afford to take these units out of service to fix them up. I am told they plan to at least repair the #20 and bring it back to service.

Description:  You never know what will show up in Marshall WA! This ex UP caboose was the on 2/28/2015. The story behind this one is that it was bought by somebody in California to be converted into a play room for his kids. His property isnt done being landscaped yet so he is storing it in Marshall until he is ready to take delivery of it. LPRX 25464, ex UP 25464. UP 25627 was stenciled on one of the trucks.
