Album Info:Mid-morning trainspotting at the Hammond/Whiting Amtrak station in north Hammond yielded this loaded Union Pacific coal train heading east. Little did I know that I would run into it again running through Highalnd, IN as I headed home later in the day. By taking the Norfolk Southern line through Highland, the train was probably on its way to the Wheatfield power plant.
