Album Info:A friend of mine had caught the BNSF 9647 Tuesday afternoon, we both figured it would be on its return trip today (6/13/12), we just didn't know the time. So our day started early but as usual the K-Line (Hannibal Sub.) had work orders that were taking up the main line. The first train was seen at 8:51a.m. in Old Monroe, Missouri and ended up being tied down in Elsberry, Missouri until 4:44pm. The 9647 came through Old Monroe (finally) at 3:52p.m. (basically waited all day by the scanner). After we heard they would be holding in Elsberry we chased after the 9647 and ended up catching him parked outside of town. The pictures tell the story, hope you all enjoy them. The last 2 picture were the from the first time that I caught the 9647 back on Feb 5, 2006. I thought it would be cool to put them up as well.
