Seen in Port Vue, Allegheny County, Pa. In large size you can see that on the side the faded lettering says Port Of Vancouver, USA. There is a number on the front of the cab that says 613, so officially this was POVX 613. But it is now thousands of miles from its old home. This number on the side was added after it was relocated. These 45 ton locomotives were built by GE from 1940-1956. Photo taken through a fence. |
