Description:  Waters. Here is an original photo that I took of Pennsylvania Railroad property in East Altoona, Pennsylvania, during mid-February of 1966. Shown here are numerous deadlined locomotives. Among them (L to R) are PRR engines #2027, #9737, and #9735. All are BF-16's built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and rated at 1,600 horsepower each. #2027 was built in 1952, but #9737 and #9735 were built in 1951. Also visible are locomotives built by EMD and Lima-Hamilton.
