Built by the Burnham, Wms & Co (Baldwin predecessor) in November of 1902 as MILW #936, it was rebuilt and renumbered to MILW 3123 in 1912. Original specs - serial #21203, class A2, 84" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, Vauclain compoumd with 15x28" & 125x28" cylinders, engine weight of 177,400 lb, modest tractive effort of 18,694 lb. The loco was finally scrapped in November of 1928. No date, location or photographer was listed for this photo so approximates were used. |
