Here is the title page of a 156-page monograph entitled "A Special History Study; Pennsylvania Railroad Shops And Works; Altoona, Pennsylvania." The study was written by Dr. John C. Paige, and published by the United States Department of the Interior's National Park Service during May of 1989.
