Description:  Interesting shot of this Baldwin RS12 unit built in April of 1951 heading up a passenger train at an unknown location. The unit has the characteristic PRR raido antenna "handrail" along its top.No date or photographer was listed either. Technically, this was acutally built by the Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton Corporation as by 1951, the three had merged but still produced items under their separate names.
