Description:  Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad Class XML-5 23237 at Cicero, Illinois on an unknown day in September 1981, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. From the book, "CB&Q Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment", by Michael J. Spoor, is the following: "CB&Q #23200-23272 were built at Havelock (Nebraska, CB&Q shops) in November 1964 with Keystone cushion underframes, Evans DF-2 bulkheads, 10'0" door openings, and a 4,974 cu. ft. capacity. Classified XML-5, with an inside length of 50'7", these 73 cars were all in assigned service." The re-weigh date is: SCL 5-81.
