Seven boxcars spotted at Shawano Paper Mill at Shawano, WI on 13 Jun. ’14. A forklift is unloading one of the boxcars. The mill was originally Wolf River Paper & Fiber Co., but is currently a div. of Little Rapids Corp. This facility is serviced by CN via a combination of SOO and C&NW rails. The tracks by the mill are a 4-mile remnant of the C&NW mainline that once ran 83 miles from Green Bay to Wausau, WI. |
