Rich Simons General 4184 is a GP40FH2 (road numbers were 4184-4190). These engines were built by GM in 1988 & 1990 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudson/Conrail Altoona Shops between 1992 and 1994. They were used in service on West of Hudson lines. 3/20/2008 4:20:57 PM
