Jamestown Local  Contributor's Pick!
Though you need to squint to see the entire Jamestown Local spread out on the famed bridge the Northern Pacific built across the Sheyenne River in Valley City, North Dakota, it should be pretty apparent how imposing the 3,860 foot long structure is and how far away you have to be to get it in one camera frame. The Great Northern built a shorter, but highly similar, bridge about 30 miles upstream from here near Luverne.
