steven langsford General Very nice photo!! what does the p stand for in the first unit? and what does TEB stand for on the second unit? 11/25/2008 8:19:56 PM
William H. Davis Jr. General Thanks Steven, I'm not sure. I imagine it has something to do with their rebuilt status. Some units a P at the end would've meant it was a passenger type unit that has an extention at the end of the unit for a generator to run the heating & air for passenger cars, but I don't think that applies with this unit 11/26/2008 12:58:57 AM
David Stewart General The REP was some kind of BN term when that slug was rebuilt. It was built on a SD9 frame by Boise Locomotive Works. Once again, Awesome catch and Very nice shot! 11/26/2008 8:51:40 PM
