Nice shot but I have to question the mentality of the double signs......the temporary sign in the window was meant for the green cars and are not needed on the reds. All the green cars have in their signboxes is St. Charles Special and Not in Service. Red cars have correct signs. AND it took NORTA almost three years to decide to make the good temporary signs...........amazing!
