Davis Jr.	General	This location was eventually made off limits to railfans & when I passed through here on a Missouri trip in late May 2011 I noticed the Mississippi River flooded where you couldn't access Bridge Jct. anymore even if it wasn't off limits. I spent several days here throughout the 90's, can't be accessed anymore	6/5/2011 10:50:26 AM
