Utility poles on the Elmo siding.         
A cut of utility poles is set on the Elmo Siding to be unloaded and transported by truck elsewhere. Photo is facing toward Van, PA. Note the empty idler flat in the FG. Date is approx., but Dad seems to think this was the mid 60's-early 70's.
