william emmons	General	Local chairman G.Y.Bailey was killed by Mimi Mims who G.Y.had work as her local chairman to get her job back.So she repays him by setting him up for a headon collision.By the way his train the lufkin local was stationary and he was inspecting his engines.The Mpbsr came thru the open switch that Mimi and her new hire left open and raced back in the van attemting to correct.The results 1 killed and two injured and 2 terminated.Mims attempted to get her job back again but this time the Union Pacific kicked her out on the street. The conductor is currently with BNSF .In the STB report there is a picture of his keys hanging from the switch.	4/16/2008 3:53:32 PM
