CSX 776 and 4541  Contributor's Pick!       
The rear helpers of an Eastbound coal train, seen from the Salisbury Viaduct (formerly Western Maryland Railway). Somewhere down the line, these two engines eventually detached and came back Westbound after doing their helper duties. I dont think they went all the way to Cumberland.
