Tom Beckett	General	George-it's the Delaware Lackawanna, which are the two PA counties it runs through-on the former DLW main from Scranton to Delaware Water Gap(Slateford Jct). The units in EL paint are DL units, C 425's(which EL owned, though not sure if thpse two were actually EL units), in a DL scheme very close the to the EL gray/maroon/yellow.	6/19/2011 1:00:45 AM
