David Stewart General the 1700 is a GP16, one of a small group that were rebuilt by ICG during their GP11 rebuilds, It is a exact replica of the 11s but is not. They were rated at 1600hp as with the rest. They were rare for the GP16s and were a more complex rebuild. 7/2/2010 5:51:54 PM
