Wiregrass Central GP40 #3023 is on hand for the start up of the third major Claussen shortline, the Atlantic and Gulf. G&O Railways shipped several WGCR units over from Enterprise, AL to start the former CSX branch from Thomasville, GA to Albany, GA.
