IC 4022 City of New Orleans #4         
At the time of the accident, 3 cars loaded with feed were being unloaded on the house track. The truck's cargo tank was thrown into the cars & engulfed with flames & smoke. Five people who were unloading the cars were killed & two others injured.

Jeff harrell General the truck drivers wife was across the street getting her hair done when it happened. she was pregnant. she sued icrr for not having lights and gates. you can see a long way south and north. the track is straight there. 6/6/2013 6:17:10 AM
Jeff harrell General witnesses said Jimmy Livinston the engineer was blowing the hell out of the horn. he was breaking and they said the train was almost stopped. i would see the City come through there at times and my grandad said it would run about 90 mph through there. 6/6/2013 6:21:05 AM
