Marc H General Nice spelling Union Pacific, or Pacific Union. 2/5/2011 11:35:58 PM
Ryan Murphy General Ok, how does someone manage to mess that up? It's one of the simplest RR names you can remember. 2/5/2011 11:39:27 PM
Kevin Gilbert General It's not messed up. It was a Budd built 10-6 sleeper that UP had 50 of. They were the "Pacific" series sleepers and "Pacific Union" was one of the actual names. Operated as "Pacific Union" by Pullman (in UP colors), to UP 1441, to AMTK 2639. Later it was converted to a HEP car #2890 and retired by Amtrak around 2001. Sold to American Rail Excursions. 4/1/2013 7:14:01 PM
