High Iron Rail Excursions "Southern Explorer" South of Dupo, Illinois         
The High Iron Rail Excursions "Southern Explorer" is charging its way south along the Union Pacific Chester Sub, south of Dupo, Illinois. The JB Bridge, which carries I-255 across the Mississippi River into Missouri can be seen in the background. The train is being led by AMTK 184 and AMTK 19. AMTK 184 is one of the Amtrak 40th Anniversary Series locomotives, carrying Amtrak's Phase IV paint scheme.
