Mason Soliday	General	When it was completely picked for parts, both ACes were stored with UP 8315 which was wrecked in 2010. All three of them were later scrapped. 8542, another SD70ACe, was destroyed in the Goodwell collision, along with 8692 (yet another SD70ACe). Michael V Greenspun	General	Yes. This is a regular train which runs from the Gemco yard in Van Nuys (San Fernando Valley) to Oxnard, then returns after working the Oxnard yard. The accident occurred on the return trip after a Metrolink commuter train ran a red light and continued on the main line after crossing a closed track switch.	4/21/2023 2:44:26 PM
