Built by Baldwin in 1922, it was their class Q-4b with 64" drivers, 220 psi boiler pressure for its 26"x32" cylinders., had an engine weight was 327,400 lb and produced a significant tractive effort of 63,200 lb. The class was retired and scrapped by 1959.
