I spotted many of these old concrete whistle boards along the CTRR with the "R" on them. Anyone know what this represents ?

Earl Karper, Sr. General If it is the same as it was on the old Penn Central when I worked for them, it means a "restricted" crossing - Do NOT blow the whistle unless there is an urgent or emergency need. 4/10/2006 6:08:18 PM
