Based on a frame number of 7356-1 reported by another contributor, this would be an EMD SW900, former Lehigh Valley 106:2, which was rebuilt in 1956 from LV 106:1, a 1937 EMC SW! If I got all of that correct, perhaps I should buy a lottery ticket.
