GMTX 2610
Delivered to Penn Central as GP38 7678 in June 1969 becoming Conrail 7678, to CSX 1950, to LLPX 2610 GP38-2, to GMTX 2610 GP38-2. It appears someone tried to use a jack or forklift to raise this unit above the front truck giving it two big notches.
