Bryan Jones General NS chose not to keep the 5500 series GP38-2 rebuilds due to the high lease rate on the group. Rather than extend the lease or purchase the units outright NS chose to purchase the 80 unit group of SD40-2's from Helm Leasing. 5/26/2014 1:47:14 AM
