Louis Brzuchalski	General	Seen this locomotive in the NS Homestead Yards, Oregon,Ohio in the late 1990's with same plates on both sides of the engine, all shined up. Engine was just like new, on a Powder River coal train to Toledo Edison Bay Shore Power Plant.	7/7/2006 5:39:49 PM
