| In April 1989 NYSW started taking delivery of the 20 B40-8s financed by CSX. This is the builders plate off one of them, 4034, which had come in on BUME. They immediately wound up on everything, except perhaps the Northern Division locals, though I would not be surprised if I turn up a shot of one there too. NYSW was not picky about where they used their power. For the most part, they ran on stacks and D&H road trains. |
