| Awaiting to head east out of Salina, train MNPHN sits idle at Cozy. A wash out on the UP Topeka Sub just outside of its namesake led to several days of manifest trains bound to Herington or Tucson detouring over the KP from Topeka to Ike or Salina. The routing of these trains was to Salina, then back east to Lost Springs via the BNSF and then a short shove north to Herington, then west if necessary. |
